R-FRAC is also declared as centre of excellence in Food safety, testing, consultancy as well as HRD purposes by the state Govt. vide their letter No.163/58-2-2014-100(1)/2014 Food Processing/Lucknow: dated 18.03.2014 followed by state Govt. vide their letter No.20/2015/58-2-2015-100(1)/2014 Food Processing/Lucknow:  Dated 07.05.2015 at the level of Chief Secretary, GouP and also state Govt. vide their letter No.198/58-2-2017-100(1)/2014 Food Processing/Lucknow:  Dated 22.03.2017 at the level of Chief Secretary, GouP.
