Taking his passion and career to the next level, his entrepreneur spirit paved way for his own venture and thus Regional Food Research and Analysis Centre was incepted in the monsoon of 2000. Equipped with a clear vision to achieve high standards and to mentor teams in food and safety industry, the destined journey of Regional Food Research and Analysis Centre began in the right direction.
Having rich expertise and know how in regulatory requirements at national and international level such as FSSAI, FOSTAC, NABL,FSSAI etc… and his forte in understanding microbiology & chemistry aspects of food products, Mr. Sujit has successfully consulted and advised many packaged food brands across India, for end-to-end services, be it new startups, packaging, label development, recipe development, shelf life enhancement, documentation process for food safety, exports, auditing, or problem solving etc.
Mr. Sujit feels proud to be self-driven.
